    I live 10 minutes away (walking) from TB. A restroom is not needed. The city doesn't not have the man power to keep public bathrooms clean, and this is one of few parks left in central San Diego that is not filled with homeless people. We, the people that live in this area, do not want a bathroom. During the concerts, there are more than enough port o potty's.
