Please provide your feedback on the City of San Diego's Homes For All of Us housing action package.
Homes For All of Us is a new, citywide framework aimed at making homes affordable for all San Diegans. It includes a collection of proposed initiatives to incentivize the construction of more homes, focus development near transit, and create permanent affordability.
While no one policy can solve the housing affordability crisis, these actions address a variety housing issues that San Diegans face, such as displacement, a lack of housing for families and scarcity of affordable or middle-income housing.
The proposed actions are outlined on this City of San Diego website. The Housing Action Package wil be heard by Community Panners Committee on Dec. 14, 2021; Planning Commission on Dec. 16, 2021; and City Council in early 2022. Stay tuned to to this webpage for more details.
