The permit parking is a great program to have but without enforcement, it is a waste of time and money. We have Stanford employees park on our block because they don’t want to pay the parking fees that Stanford charges their employees. We also have Stanford Health Club members park and walk down to the Gym, when they have a parking lot right there for them. They know the city does not enforce the permit parking or the 2 hour time limit on the Spinas Park side of 2nd Ave so they know they can get away with it.
