I do not support it because, in my neighborhood, most of the residents have more than one car, as there are apartments that have more than 2 or 3 residents living in that particular address. There are some resident apartments that have up to or more than 4 people living there. Some people park on the sidewalk. Also, they do not respect the 2-hour limit, they move one car to put a different car. Also, I have applied for handicapped parking for my mother, and anyone who has a handicap placard can park there. I understand that it is a street parking, and it's public street parking, but is not fair for the person who took the time to get information although they did not say that it is public parking, and only for the applicant. If there could be a small fee like a monthly to make the handicapped parking space only for the person that applied for the handicapped parking, that would be great. Also, whenever someone asks or inquires about anything the person should get all the proper information on it.

I think this parking permit does not work not only because of the number of people with a vehicle living in an apartment or a home, but other residents from nearby streets.

Open Town Hall is not a certified voting system or ballot box. As with any public comment process, participation in Open Town Hall is voluntary.
