We need to promote redwood City as the epicentre of startups and entertainment, also a great place to live and do business. We reached a pick on 2018-2019 and we had not been able to reach again during and after covid. Weather, economy, housing, inflation, politics are definitely making things harder. As I mentioned, promoting, events, keeping our city safe, clean, vibrant, bringing more retail stores and supporting existing business owners with their specific needs...Also, either a digital friendly directory for visitors to find businesses and parking while in downtown.

in regards of the closure of of 2000 block on Broadway St.:
- if closure is convenient for everyone and a 24ft safety lane is needed in middle of the street is needed, why not use all the sidewalks for sitting or businesses use? pedestrians can easily enjoy the walk in the middle lane...
-if is too difficult to let us use the entire front sidewalks we are better of opening the streets for traffic and just use the front of the parking spaces to build parklets...
