Description 

DR Horton is proposing a zone change from the A1.20 (Agricultural) zone to the Low Density Residential (LDR) zone in order to build a phased townhome project south of the Osprey Subdivision, with a total of 210 new townhome units on 17.92 acres, in the Lakewood Neighborhood. Osprey Townhomes would be a master planned community featuring three different styles of townhomes, plus amenities including a clubhouse, pool, walking trail, children's playground, and a terra park.

The large arterial road curving around the bottom of the images is Lakeview Parkway. 

Status

A neighborhood meeting was scheduled for July 11, 2019, but was canceled by the applicant in order to make revisions to the project. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and was heard at the October 28 Planning Commission hearing. The Planning Commission. Because it is a zone change, it is scheduled to be heard by the Provo City Council at their November 10 meeting.
