The statements in this record are not necessarily representative of the whole population, nor do they reflect the opinions of any government agency or elected officials.
I would like to see the city council approve this project. We really need more homeownership opportunities in the Dixon neighborhood and these homes will provide that opportunity to families who want to put down roots in our community. Additionally having an ADU within each home will provide a way for the owners to actually be able to afford the mortgage payment with the 8% rates we now have.
