Provo City Planning has been working on updating the successful 2015 Downtown Master Plan and it is now nearing completion. This plan includes almost all of the Downtown Neighborhood and edges of the Dixon, Timp, North Park, Joaquin, Franklin, Franklin South, and East Bay Neighborhoods.
