Joaquin Neighborhood: What do you think about this General Plan Map Amendment proposal to change 313 East 200 North from the Residential Conservation designation to the High-Density Residential designation, in order to then rezone and build an apartment building?
Provo City residents are encouraged to provide input on new development within the city. We value our residents' opinions and ideas. Your input assists staff in ensuring that all viewpoints are heard and to make them aware of concerns as well as what residents see as a match to the City's vision.
313 E 200 N
Dan Vowles requests a General Plan Map Amendment within the Joaquin Neighborhood Plan (Appendix H1) to change the Future Land Use Map (Figure 3.3) from the RC (Residential Conservation) designation to the HDR (High Density Residential) designation, in order to then rezone and build an apartment building located at 313 E 200 N, currently in the RC (Residential Conservation) zone. Joaquin Neighborhood.
The rezone went to a Joaquin Neighborhood meeting on May 26, 2022. This item will be on the December 7, 2022 Planning Commission hearing and the December 13 City Council hearing. If the General Plan Map Amendment is approved, then the applicant will bring the rezone and concept plan forward.
