Dan Vowles requests a General Plan Map Amendment within the Joaquin Neighborhood Plan (Appendix H1) to change the Future Land Use Map (Figure 3.3) from the RC (Residential Conservation) designation to the HDR (High Density Residential) designation, in order to then rezone and build an apartment building located at 313 E 200 N, currently in the RC (Residential Conservation) zone. Status
The rezone went to a Joaquin Neighborhood meeting on May 26, 2022. This item will be on the December 7, 2022 Planning Commission hearing and the December 13 City Council hearing. If the General Plan Map Amendment is approved, then the applicant will bring the rezone and concept plan forward.
