Description
Stephen Sowby requests a Zone Map Amendment from the R1.8 (One Family Residential) zone and the RC (Residential Conservation) zone to the LDR (Low Density Residential) zone in order to build a twin home, located at 1220 East 960 South in the Provost South Neighborhood.
Status
The applicant and Council Staff were unable to get in contact with the Neighborhood Chair or vice chair to schedule a neighborhood meeting. The application is under review by various Provo City departments and is scheduled be heard by the Planning Commission on October 26. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council. That meeting is scheduled for November 1.
