Andy Jones is requesting a Zone Map amendment from the Agricultural (A1.1) zone to the One-Family Residential (R1.8) zone in order to build a single-family residence. This property is 0.44 acres, located approximately at 1595 W 600 S in the Sunset Neighborhood.
A neighborhood meeting was held on April 21, 2022. The application is under review by various Provo City departments and is scheduled be heard by the Planning Commission on July 13. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council. That meeting is scheduled for July 26.
