I would like to address some problems with the golf course. First is the problem of the fairways sloping down to the water. This was one of the things this rebuild was supposed to correct. Instead this has been exacerbated, all the fairways slope from the center to the water. People have told me and others that they will never play here again because they lose too many balls. Then there is the problem of slow play. There are no marshals out there to monitor the pace of play and any other problems. The carts stop even when on the pavement and when you call the clubhouse they only say that you're in the rough. As I see it, there's been a lot of money spent to redo the course but the problems haven't been corrected. I play here every week several days and I see the troubles and talk with other players. I'm not the only person frustrated with these problems. Thank you for listening.

Redstone apartments is raising rates at Union Square from $950/month to upwards of $1200/month from August 2022 - August 2023. This is unfair to students living there. The dramatic increase in rent in Provo has been very difficult to keep up with.
What will the City Council of Provo do to make rent more affordable to Provo's tennants?
Redstone, particularly Union Square Apartments, has horrible service. It is very difficult to get a hold of the landlord. They cut an entire building (building 1) off from the hot water every weekend in November of 2021. This should not happen. Totally evil to disallow basic necessities to tenants. Union Square / Redstone takes advantage of the poor students in Provo and has built an industry off of them.
What will the City Council do to prevent Redstone and other firms like it from hurting Provo's tenants further?
Open City Hall is not a certified voting system or ballot box. As with any public comment process, participation in Open City Hall is voluntary.
