This application was heard at the Planning Commission on September 14, 2022. The Planning Commission voted 5:0 to recommend approval with conditions.
The Council voted on October 4, 2022 to approve the zone map amendment, contingent upon a development agreement which was proffered by the developer. The development agreement must be signed and filed within one year. Once it has been signed, then the zone map change will officially be implemented.
