Description 

Matt W. Brown requests a zone map amendment from the PRO-R22 zone to the Low Density Residential (LDR) zone for a property located at 193 West 4800 North in the Riverbottoms Neighborhood to allow for a 6-unit townhome development. This is a one acre parcel along the Provo River.

Status

A neighborhood meeting was held on February 3 at 6:00 pm. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and will later be heard by the Planning Commission. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
