Description 

Paul Forster requests a Zone Change from A1.10 to Light Industrial (M1) for approximately 33 acres, located at 3701 W Center Street in the Provo Bay Neighborhood for future warehouse use.

Status

A neighborhood meeting was held on September 23, 2021. The application has been under review by various Provo City departments and will be heard by the Planning Commission on July 13, 2022. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council. That meeting has been scheduled for July 26, 2022.
