Description
Scott Bowles is proposing a zone change from the SC3 (Regional Commercial) to ITOD (Interim Transit Oriented Development) zone for 21 acres located at 200 W Towne Center Blvd in the East Bay Neighborhood. This is the northern portion of the property. The change is for a conceptual multi-family housing proposal.

Status
A neighborhood meeting was held April 1, 2021. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and was heard by the Planning Commission on July 14, 2021. It was continued at the Planning Commission hearing and will be heard again at a future date. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
