Provo City residents are encouraged to provide input on new development within the city. We value our residents' opinion and ideas. Your input assists staff in ensuring that all viewpoints are heard and to make them aware of concerns as well as what residents see as a match to the City's vision.
Jason Bennett
Approximately 200 North Lakeshore Drive
Jason Bennett requests a zone change from Agricultural (A1.5 and A1.10) zones to the One-Family Residential (R1.8) zone in order to create 68 single-family lots. The request also includes changing one lot from Agricultural (A1.5 and A1.10) zones to the Residential Agricultural (RA) zone. This is for property located at approximately 200 N Lakeshore Drive in the Fort Utah Neighborhood
A neighborhood meeting was held May 6, 2021. The application has been under review of various Provo City departments and will later be heard by the Planning Commission on June 9, 2021. Because it is a zone change, it will also need to be heard by the Provo City Council.
