Farmers Market, Lents Tool Library, Bella Bakery.
What kinds of businesses are important to you? What kinds of businesses would you like to have added to the neighborhood?
A real Grocery store, a bank, affordable housing for everyone that doesnt make 100% of MFI. Not just those in the 30% range.
What kind of open public space do you imagine here? What could it be used for (e.g., Lents International Farmers Market)?

What ever is built should be Affordable Housing for Everyone. Portland Market Rental rates are NOT affordable they are too high. I'm priced out of the market and cant afford market rate rents here.
