Small scale grocer like Green Zebra.
What kind of open public space do you imagine here? What could it be used for (e.g., Lents International Farmers Market)?
This seems like a tough spot for the public space.
- provide a functional connection to the I205 path from the public space
- integrate well into the housing development
- Consider food cart hookups and encourage affordable entrepreneurship opportunities.
What kind of housing do you imagine here? Do you want to see a mix of affordable housing units and market rate units? Do you want to see a mix of units to accommodate families of all sizes?
please don't add much parking here at all, regardless of family size or affordability mix. This has great access to bike paths, MAX and Trimet Bus lines.
What are your top priorities for Prosper Portland's investment in this development?
I have another priority (let us know below)
Create affordable housing units
Create open spaces for neighborhood events
If one of your priorities was "Other" please describe it:
Consider land-banked housing for purchase options, in addition to traditional rental affordability.
What additional equitable development goals are important to you?
