AFFORDABLE GROCERY STORE PLEASE.
cafe, library, garden center (would go nice with farmers market), tabletop game store (a great potential hangout for the kids that go to the boys and girls club)

affordable classes on various topics (community organized?).

PLEASE have as many affordable housing units as possible. rent is out of control in portland and people ar ebeing pushed out and made homeless.
a mix of unit sizes would be good.
PLEASE preserve some of the green space in the lot.
