    I have concerns about gentrification and the project commercial space or housing not being affordable to people of color.

    Oldtown seems to be lagging in economic growth compared to other areas of Portland. This project could give it the boost it needs!

    All three are a great way to show visitors what Portland has to offer and get a flavor for the culture of Portland

    I would love to have more theater arts venues to visit. Also, programs for children.

    Good open space with play opportunities for children.
