    Coffee & espresso, preferably local
    Grocery store
    Donut shop
    It would be great to have a late-night solution that is open for all ages, like a cafe or dessert place that is open late, that would give teenagers a place to go for entertainment since other establishments around there are bars

    Pet supplies (like PETCO's Unleashed or a local store)

    Belmont goats
    Indoor farmers market
    Indoor events space that can be used for concerts, or private reservations

Development Priojects

Each of the three development projects presented at the open house on Tuesday, October 27, is designed to include pedestrian areas and/or retail amenities. We invite your input on those amenities and the look and feel of the public spaces.
