Ensure that a protected bike lane is provided through the site connecting into the downtown core along the North Park Blocks or Broadway Avenue. Provide additional street grid linkages to the train station. Ensure that development concepts consider the possibility of a commuter or high speed rail hub at the current train station. Ensure that supportive facilities such as a parking structure for commuters can be accommodated with in proximity of the station.
