    Tax breaks for corporations aren't the way — maintaining the high quality of life Portland is known for will help us attract and retain talented people who will drive the economy.

    I'm sorry, I don't understand what this question means. This isn't the kind of language normal people use.

    We've nearly completely abandoned our streets to cars. Crazy! They're a huge amount of valuable real estate. Reducing free parking and improving conditions for people walking and biking is key.
