    Provide opportunities for small (1-10 person) businesses to work in a collective environment. I envision something like the Union Way next to LivingRoomTheaters, only bigger. Let's showcase our amazing local craftspeople!

    I also envision a public square like director's park, which allows people to relax and enjoy this new public space.

    I envision this parcel being the gateway to our incredible park blocks and our future green loop. PDOT, BTA, Portland Walks, etc. I would make it as pedestrian friendly and bicycle friendly as possible.

    This is very exciting, if the end goal is to provide incredible amenities to the public and help the people of Portland thrive!
