    I am more invested in educational opportunity than economic, as I see economic coming from education!

    Make sure it's a well-planned corridor that doesn't privilege cars unduly.

    Energy efficiency is paramount, as are renewable materials.

    I am more concerned here with the appropriate public benefit part than the private investment, though I know paying the bill is going to have to happen.
