Multiple protected bike lane options throughout this neighborhood would be very helpful. Involve the BTA.

Strengthen multimodal transportation connections; enhance the public realm to improve accessibility and create vibrant public spaces and recreational opportunities. - 5 - Very important
What can we do to make this happen? Who should be involved?
Improve reliability and frequency of transit options, as well as locations of transfers. Maybe some of the current Rose Quarter TC transfers could also coincide further out on the east side?

Develop the site so that it reflects high-quality construction, resource sharing, environmentally-friendly practices and social responsibility. - 4

Zoning and environmental responsibility are critical.

Create an implementable strategy that attracts private investment and delivers appropriate public benefit. - 4

I think one of the opportunities right now is larger commercial spaces in the downtown core. Many businesses are forced to relocate to the suburbs at a certain size; it would be an enormous boon to keep them and their employee dollars in the city center.
