Please don't forget about bicyclists as has been done with many other projects. The Green Loop should be kept in mind as should creating a safe and comfortable environment for bicyclists beyond those who are willing to brave competing with cars.

Include stiff penalties for not hitting benchmarks for accessibility (low income especially) and enforce them or just drop the requirements altogether. It is embarrassing to watch in the Pearl District and South Waterfront as development is subsidized to help encourage accessibility for people who may not otherwise be able to afford the areas and then see that the goal is not achieved but the penalty is a light slap on the wrist meanwhile taxpayers are left with nothing to show.

The Framework Plan will provide a strategic vision for the broader study area and development concepts for the USPS site. Five goals or guiding principles will shape the strategic vision for redevelopment within the study area. Together, the consultant team, stakeholder advisory team and technical advisory team are exploring the following five draft goals and discussing examples of their implementation.

Please review the following draft goals and provide us with your feedback. Are we on the right track? How might these be implemented? Did we miss anything?

NOTE: After you submit the survey, you will be asked to sign up or log in so that your response (with or without your name) can be posted on the forum for others to see. While we encourage you to share your ideas on the website, this part is not required. We will still receive your feedback even if you choose not to sign up or post your ideas online. Thank you for your feedback!
