  • What do you like about the Plan?

I like the inclusion of equity and healthy neighborhoods.

  • Does anything in the Plan need greater emphasis? Please explain.

Access to affordable housing is a crucial part of creating healthy neighborhoods and the ability of our residents to live in our city. The way that new housing development is going, it is catering only to higher income levels. We are not moving toward the plan's goal of creating housing across all income levels. We are moving away from it.

  • What is missing from the Plan? Please share your advice:

The plan is missing a strong emphasis on the role affordable housing must play in order for the city to develop economically and for residents across income levels to be able to take advantage of employment opportunities.

  • Is there anything else you would like to share?

Please make afforable housing a strong priority and include more specifics in your plan that hold the PDC and your public and private partners accountable for outcome metrics on affordable housing in all of Portland's neighborhoods.

  • OPTIONAL: Have you worked with PDC in the past? (check all that apply)
