Model small-scale sustainability - locally productive and interconnected. Have a town center that is unique and reflects our community (urban food systems meets cross-roads of the world). Find a way to have the community end up owning some of the land that is currently owned by the city - use it as a community space and local micro-business incubator. Keep some of the spaces empty and build out a green town square - no buildings taller than 4 stories. Restore the Old Town esthetic
