Share Your Ideas on the Upcoming Improvements at Elm Street Urban Park!

Montgomery Parks is collecting ideas to improve Elm Street Urban Park!  

The Elm Street Urban Park renovation project focuses mainly on the northern section of the park and proposes several amenities, including a new playground for 2–5-year-olds, a separate playground for 5–12-year-olds, and a multigenerational fitness area. Additional proposed improvements include accessibility upgrades, tree planting, stormwater management, site furnishings, and improvements to the Elm Street pedestrian promenade. 

We need your input!

Montgomery Parks held a virtual community meeting about Elm Street Urban Park on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The meeting was an opportunity for the public to comment on a planned renovation in the northern portion of the park. Click to view the recording.
