Share your thoughts and feedback for proposed improvements at Fox Chapel Neighborhood Park!

Montgomery Parks is gathering information for proposed improvements at Fox Chapel Neighborhood Park, located at 19129 Staleybridge Road in Germantown. The existing park infrastructure has reached the end of its usable lifespan and needs updating. The park currently includes separate playgrounds for 2-5-year-olds and 5-12-year-olds, an octagonal picnic shelter, a parking lot (~20 spaces), two tennis courts, and asphalt walkways.

The park renovation project will focus on replacing the playground and picnic shelter but also provide accessibility upgrades, new site furnishings, and stormwater management enhancements. The project may also revamp the hard surface court and add outdoor fitness equipment.

Your feedback is important to us! After attending the community meeting, or reviewing the recorded presentation on the project website, please share your thoughts and ideas by completing the below 5-10-minute survey. Along with maintenance needs, modern standards, and environmental improvements, your input will guide the proposed park design. Once we have collected all the suggestions, we will prepare a concept design for further review and comments. Thank you for your thoughts!
