  • What are the most pressing unmet mental health needs in the City of Berkeley?

    Mental health support during police interventions. Also, continued support for youth & homeless citizens.

  • What are your ideas on the best ways to address these needs?

    Police dept. should have 1-2 mental health clinicians doing ride alongs 1-2 week and/or someone on call for high-intensity situations.

  • Is there anything else you would like to share regarding mental health services and needs in the City of Berkeley?

    Glad Berkeley takes this seriously. Also thrilled that BHS has mental health support for its students.
