I would like to see vehicle traffic dramatically reduced on the bicycle blvds. immediately. There is no reason not to have concrete bollards every 4 blocks to reduce car traffic, and remove stop signs in flow direction of bicycles. This is an easy, affordable step which could immediately increase usability & safety for cyclists, while broader, structural changes are built out.
