Share your thoughts on locations for new bike share station

Let us know online or in person about proposed spots for eleven new bike share docking stations – racks where users can rent and return bikes and e-bikes for one-way trips across Berkeley, Oakland, and Emeryville.

These 11 new stations would add to Berkeley’s existing 37 docking stations, making it easier to bike without the worries of maintenance and theft that come with ownership.

With Bay Wheels stations distributed across the City, bike share can also help you and others bridge a barrier to mass transit known as “the last mile” – the distance from a BART station or AC Transit stop to someone’s home.

Weigh in on the proposed locations at our May 14 community meeting or by an online survey that closes on May 21, 2025, at 11:59 pm. The finalized locations will begin installation this summer.
