Fill out our survey to help inform how the City of Berkeley spends federal funding for housing, rehabilitation, and public service programs over the next five years.
Please complete this short online survey by December 31 and share it with others. The survey is eight questions long and should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
The answers we receive to the survey will inform the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (CP), a strategic plan the City submits to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) describing how granted funds will be used in the community.
The City of Berkeley receives annual funding from HUD through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) to implement housing and community service programs.
