You are being given 30 opportunity pins, five (5) of which must be placed in each of the following categories: housing, employment, and commercial. The remaining 15 pins can be allocated however you choose. Note that more than one (1) pin can be put on an individual site.

Your map should reflect how you would distribute new intensity throughout the valley. Would you like to see it all in one or two locations, or spread throughout the community? Note that the green line Trolley stations have been highlighted on the map because they offer greater regional connectivity to the properties that surround them. These properties are considered "Transit Priority Areas," which are areas that have been identified as good candidates for future development because of the proximity of the properties to frequent transit service.
