I want to know what happened to the plans for the new Tamarac CIty that was supposed to be built on West Commercial, past Pine Island? When is it supposed to be started or is it a "no go"?

Extraordinary effort. Needs time, explanation and completion. To be clear the school definition seems to take care the Charter School location in kings point midst. There is some language at end that may open the door to imaginative work that could be tightened up. Also the tentative proposed Fire and rescue facility in Kings Point needs to be addressed similarly to assure its scope meets similar conditions in my opinion. Also the passing of the infrastructure tax may have a need for specific use in order to elevate Tamarac's use of funds. It will be competitive city to city and Tamarac District to district.
