    • Other - Not sure there would be any positive impacts - would certainly not promote the feeling of being a neighborhood.

    • Other - There was a STR in this neighborhood which caused serious parking problems as it became a party house. Thankfully the City Code Compliance officer worked with us to change that. The owner of that home now compliant and only rents for 30 days or more.

    STR should be subjected to the same taxing and licensing requirements as hotels, motels, etc. and the number allowed in any one area/neighborhood/subdivision should be limited. Too many STR in any one area will certainly change the feeling of neighborhood. Allowing STR rentals in neighborhoods with covenants seems to open up a who new set of problems for active homeowner associations.
