    When you have a big family and go on vacation, str makes it affordable. I rent out my house allows my family to afford a stay in someone else's house. We do this for three weeks of the year.

    Also, the market regulates itself. Noisy people get bad reviews then they can't rent again. We typically have had just a few people in our house.

    Lastly there isn't enough houses on str status to regulate. A few hundred is nothing. This is a non issue.
