Please answer a few questions about stormwater in Bozeman.

Water that runs off your lawn…from snowmelt, rain storms or excess yard watering flows into our community stormwater system and can contain pollutants such as herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, pet waste and landscape debris.  These contaminates makes their way into our urban waterways and to Montana’s creeks, rivers and lakes.  

The City of Bozeman in conjunction with the DEQ recently developed an ad campaign to raise awareness of our stormwater system and being mindful with your lawn care and pet waste.  We are interested in learning more from YOU…not only regarding the effectiveness of our recent marketing campaign but also your general knowledge regarding our stormwater system.  Thank you for your answers!
