Throughout the year, the Virginia Beach Public Library hosts Community Conversations at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library. These are small group conversations about topics of local and national interest. For future planning, please share your ideas for possible future topics.
Of the top five topics you rated highest, why are these important to you?
The city has deaf ears with the protests against light rail.
Off shore energy should be developed. Wind-natural gas- oil. It would expand the economy for citizens as well as increase business for city's commercial tax base.
In recent years there has been an avoidance of holiday displays on Mt Trashmore. Are some groups targeted to be "PC"??
Bus routes need to be reviewed for needs of population and put aside needless project such as light rail.
