Throughout the year, the Virginia Beach Public Library hosts Community Conversations at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library. These are small group conversations about topics of local and national interest. For future planning, please share your ideas for possible future topics.

The Virginia Beach Public Library hosts Community Conversations at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library throughout the year.  Our Community Conversations bring people together to examine a local or national problem by weighing the costs and consequences of possible solutions. Participants sort out their views in terms of what they most value, then find areas of common ground to act on.
