Oceanfront - homeless people there all the time, sitting, sleeping, glaring in the chairs. Using all the computers to look at porn. Hanging outside next to the door, smoking, swearing. It's the only library in the city with a full-time police officer standing behind the desk every minute. Is that equitable?
