  • What suggestions do you have for the operating budget?
Cut all spending on Light rail (aka Tide) to avoid tax incress, staff reductions, and still pay services.
  • Which revenues would you adjust – up or down?
Keep tax and fees the same as last year
  • If you adjust revenues, which expenses would you change to balance it – up or down?
Cut all spending on Light Rail
  • What suggestions do you have for the 6-year capital plan?
Abandon the idea of the Light Rail coming into Virgina Beach. I'm open to other to alternative transportation ideas, but only if they will relisticly move enough people to make it worth the cost. The Tide is too slow and too expensive to justify the trickle of people who would ride it.
  • What projects would you add?
Indian river rd / 64 intersection expantion
  • Which projects would you remove?
    Tide Light rail
