What would you add to the City budget if anything?

Through this recession we have been focused on reducing expenses in response to shrinking revenues, or where necessary, raising revenues to maintain critical services.  We acknowledge that this strategy may not be moving the city forward to become the community you want it to be. It is often hard to discuss enhancements to existing services or even new services in a period of declining revenues, but there are times where we may need to shift funds from this current service to a new one.
