Did the city staff meet your Expectations when they serviced your request/issue?
Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: City of Tulsa Flood Water representative X (civility), responded to my request to immediately respond to my need for support for forecast heavy rain/flash flooding that I launched because, after the City of Tulsa cut away the curb that held back the outflow of water from my sump pump, I've already flooded once. The outflow pipe is less than 3 inches away from the new slope toward my front door! City of Tulsa representative X suggested I call when I flood next time! Since I had a highly efficient rainwater control system prior to the City sabotaging it, I rationally anticipated the pending forecast heavy rain and prayed I'd be able to get support for protecting my home, and peace of mind from the flooding the City of Tulsa created by cutting off the water containing curb BEFORE I flood again. As a city representative, I need to know -- does this person have a degree in Civil Engineering? Any child who plays in a ditch with rain water will be able to see how the rational of the City of Tulsa ruining a functional rainwater system demands attention. EVERY City of Tulsa Water Department employee on site both before and after this offense against rational thought, me and my home agreed that the design is absurd.I have nothing against representative X except to question his credentials for making such an illogical and insensitive ruling on the problem the City of Tulsa created. As a retired Tulsa Public Schools senior citizen currently devoted to taking care of my super senior parents, the LAST thing I needed was for the City to create a flood zone in my home! I respectfully request you all send somebody who has even a bachelor's degree in civil engineering to make an official assessment of the damage the city has created for my home and for me, and then proposes how The City of Tulsa intends to correct it. Thank God, Two on Your Side will stand behind tax paying community service retirees when my request for assistance was met with a dismissal of need, and a cold shoulder, if not a closed mind in terms of trying to analyze the tragedy of this respond. My property value has just tanked and the City of Tulsa has SET ME UP for dying of black mold because if it's no big deal and I'm SUPPOSED to flood every time there's a cloud bomb, what do you think the result will be. Water rose in my closet and flowed into my living room on December 28th. I can provide video. It was a NIGHTMARE! Am I supposed to go through that and call the city at 2 AM or whenever it happens next? REALLY? Please, toss this hot potato into a small group to discuss. Do you really want to dismiss what all other City workers are embarrassed to admit their team did that wrecked such trauma on my life and property? I read the Civility info. I'm the public and I'm the victim here. And in looking into your recommended perusal of the social media info -- it's a dysfunctional page: https://www.cityoftulsa.org/our-city/about-tulsa/social-media/social-media-policy.aspx Don't worry about that. Please send a bonafide Civil Engineer with a degree and specializing in waste water flow to speak with me about how this serious problem can be resolved, and I'll postpone contacting Two on Your Side, Tulsa TV citizen supporters. In the meantime, I'll keep the attorney meet in place. Thanks! I want to trust the City of Tulsa to care about me and admit a mistake before somebody else makes this recommendation. Doing the right thing -- we can all work harder to do this consistently.

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: This pothole was at an exit from a city park. It was also a safety issue as the view of fast oncoming traffic required a person to ease out and start a turn to the south in preparation for fast exit at a deep pothole at the turn. The entire process and response was excellent. Thanks to Street Maintenance for the fine job.

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: City Customer Service rep., Adam, was extremely courteous and helpful on taking my request for street repair in the neighborhood. Street Maintenance crew was out the very next day after I submitted the request! Issue resolved in a very thorough fashion and in record time. A job well done to all those involved!

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: The field engineer took over a month to come out and tell me the damage that the city created to our entrance was old and to close the case immediately.
He did leave a voicemail just yesterday. I’m traveling and haven’t been able to respond within less than 24 hours so he immediately moved to close the case.
Long story short, the city trenched through our white concrete entrance then patched over the trench with black asphalt, leaving The original white concrete to the left and to the right.
The engineer stated on the report that our concrete appears in very bad shape. Yes of course! That was my whole point in contacting the city.
Just because the city damaged it years ago doesn’t mean they are no longer responsible for repairing it to at least the ‘like kind’ condition it was in at the time they made the repair.
Tulsa makes these type of mix matching repairs all over the city. That’s the careless roadwork every citizen complains about our own roads.
If our City Workers take no pride in their craft that’s reason to set some quality standards in their workmanship. That will not likely happen in the near future.
It’s inexcusable to carry that same 3rd world construction attitude over to the entrance of ones private business.

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: Greatly appreciate the opportunity to have the services of the City of Tulsa. In this case, the complaint was made and file opened on October 29, 2019 and checked on 12/31/19 at 0315 hrs. I ask you, is two months later really efficient help??

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: There was a dead cat in the middle of our street, and I called to see if it could be picked up. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and helpful and in less than an hour, it was taken care of. I was so thankful, because I didn't like that the kids walking to the school bus would have to look at it. Thank you so much.

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: A request for tow away signs to be attached to the No Parking signs on the corner was requested back in October for the opposite end of E. 30th Street. However, when I requested tow away signs to be attached to the No Parking signs at the other (opposite) end of same street, I was denied. Firetrucks can barely fit through when a car is parked on one side of the street. But, when cars are parked on the corner where the no parking signs are posted, you can not see around the corner, especially at night, nor can emergency personnel get through.
There were tow away signs attached to the no parking signs at the other end of the Street, but my request was refused. I guess you have to know someone who works for the city to get something done. The gentleman at the end of the street has connections with city employees.

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: The initial response was somewhat slow but indicated he has spoken with the fire station and requested that they avoid driving through our neighborhood unless necessary. Although, I had hopes they would be considerate and avoid the neighborhood when possible, there has been no noticeable improvement and they continue to use our neighborhood streets rather than use the numerous and more appropriate arterial streets available to them for their large and loud trucks....this includes both fire runs and casual non-fire runs. I also sent two additional emails after I received the city's initial response to let them know there had been no improvement in the fire department's routes through our neighborhood and ask for them to show some common courtesy to our neighborhood....and I received no other response from the city other than notification that the case had been resolved and closed.

Please provide any additional comments that will help improve our service: I am not sure about the above ratings.
That is because the email shows the case has been closed right after I submitted it.
It shows that that the case is invalid and that no e-form is attached.
Note that in my call reporting a light outage on the corner of S 69th E Pl and 64th Pl in Shadow Mt. Estates,
I did answer all the information that the representative on the phone requested from me.
