What are your thoughts on the draft version of the Pearl District Small Area Plan?
We want to hear from you! How well does the draft version of the Pearl District Small Area Plan capture your vision for the community?
In May 2018, a small area planning process began in the Pearl District to update the 6th Street Infill Plan. Small area plans are intended to provide tailored solutions for neighborhoods and are developed through the input of community members and area stakeholders. With guidance from the Citizen Advisory Team, four overarching priorities and a new Vision Statement were developed for the Pearl District.
The Pearl District is located east of downtown, between US Highway 75 and Utica Avenue, and between Interstate 244 and 11th Street.
This survey will ask participants to review the four prioirites and their corresponding goals and actions, then answer questions that will help the Citizen Advisory Team and staff further refine the draft before taking the plan through the adoption process. The entire draft version of the Small Area Plan can be viewed here.
