Recently you recieved a closed notification email from the City of Tulsa for a service you reqested requiring one of the city's departments to take some sort of action. The City of Tulsa's goal is to provide Tulsans with efficient and reliable services. We would like to know how you feel about the quality of services that were provided by staff for the request mentioned in the email you recieved.
