Currently, it is extremely hot and unpleasant with all the concrete.
What other improvements or connections would enhance transit, bikability, and walkability in downtown?
The improvements shown would be great. Especially the trees and bike lanes.

Currently it feels like big government buildings and hot parking lots which is not attractive for living. The proposed changes would make it more human scaled.
It is important to concentrate initial investments in the core area (shown in the images above).

Improved Civic Center Plaza
New signature park
Linear park streets
